Panama City Crash Report July 13, 2012

The Panama City Police Department wants to emphasize driving safety in Panama City by keeping the public informed. In an effort to accomplish this goal, we ask that this information be disseminated to the public. The information includes the total number of reported traffic crashes, the total number of traffic crashes involving injury, and the three intersections where the highest number of traffic crashes occurred. The Panama City Police Department analyzes traffic crash data and uses it to focus traffic enforcement in an effort to improve the safety of motorists in Panama City.

Traffic crash data for the previous seven days in Panama City:

57 traffic crashes
 10 traffic crashes with injury
Intersections where the highest number of traffic crashes occurred:

o 23rd Street & Beck Avenue
o 23rd Street & Highway 98
o 15th Street & M.L.K.

The Panama City Police Department would like to remind everyone to pay close attention especially at or near intersections. Please drive safely and courteously. Thank you.
