Now That’s A Lot of ICE

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three individuals and confiscated over two pounds of ICE in a drug bust in Lynn Haven April 15, 2016.
BCSO narcotics investigators developed information that illegal narcotics activity was taking place at a residence at 1708 E 9 th Street in Lynn Haven and obtained a search warrant. A search of the residence turned up various prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, multiple firearms, Scoop (GHB), and more than two pounds of ICE and a handgun by the front door of the home. Also found were gel cap pills that investigators believe is a mixture of heroin and fentanyl. Usage of these potent narcotics is on the rise across the country, and both have been seized in several drug busts in Bay County this year.

Arrested in the home was Justin Lee Dauphin, age 27, of 1708 E. 9 th Street, on charges of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Display of a Firearm during a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and

James Brewer

Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams. Also arrested was Ashley Spradley, age 33, also of 1708 E. 9 th Street in Lynn Haven, on charges of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Display of a Firearm during a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams. James D. Brewer, age 55, was also in the home and ran to the back of the residence and hid when law enforcement entered the residence. He was charged with Resisting an Officer without Violence.
