The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card. On Tuesday, September 13, 2016, a woman from Navarre, Florida noticed that her debit card was missing. When she checked her account, she discovered that someone had used her card to conduct a fraudulent transaction at a convenience store in Panama City Beach, Florida without her knowledge or permission. The suspect (pictured) is described as being a white male who appears to be in his 20’s with slim build, medium height and short brown hair. He was wearing a bright yellow tee shirt, jeans and a pair of white sunglasses.
